Terms and Conditions

Everything you need to know about Sub-tober Fest, including eligibility, qualifying purchases, and how your gift card can be used

Spend US$20 or more on a subscription product at a participating Tebex store during October 2026 and receive a US$4 Tebex gift card. One per customer, limited number available.

1. 1.

   Promoter. This promotion is run by Tebex Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 08129184, whose registered office is at 201 Haverstock Hill, Second Floor, c/o FKGB, London NW3 4QG, England (“Tebex”, “we”, “us”). Tebex is the merchant of record for qualifying purchases. The promotion is run by Tebex alone. The owner of the store you buy from is not the promoter and carries no responsibility for it.

2. 2.

   Promotional period. The promotion runs from 1 October 2026 at 00:00:00 (UK time) until 31 October 2026 at 23:59:59 (UK time) (the “Promotional Period”). Transactions completed outside the Promotional Period do not qualify.

3. 3.

   Where it applies. The promotion is available online at participating Tebex stores. Unless we say otherwise, all Tebex stores participate. We may add or remove stores during the Promotional Period.

4. 4.

   Who can take part. The promotion is open to customers aged 16 or over, in line with the minimum purchase age in the Tebex checkout terms. It is not open to anyone located in a country where the promotion is prohibited or restricted by law, or to anyone subject to applicable trade or financial sanctions.

5. 5.

   Who cannot take part. The promotion is not open to directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants or contractors of Tebex, of any company in the Overwolf group, of any company that directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by them, or of any agency involved in administering the promotion, nor to the spouses, life partners or immediate family members of any of those people.

6. 6.

   Qualifying purchase. You qualify if, during the Promotional Period, you spend US$20 or more in a single transaction on one or more Subscription Products at a participating Tebex store. The US$20 threshold is measured after any discount, voucher or other promotion, and excludes tax, currency conversion costs and any fees. Where you pay in another currency, we apply the exchange rate used for your transaction. The payment must complete successfully. Products that you have previously been subscribed to in the 60 days prior to your purchase do not qualify.

7. 7.

   Subscription Product. A “Subscription Product” is any digital content for which an automatic renewal on a monthly or longer cycle is set up at the time of purchase, using a payment method capable of being charged for that renewal.

8. 8.

   The Gift. A qualifying purchase entitles you to ONE Tebex gift card with a face value of FOUR US DOLLARS (US$4), redeemable against purchases at participating Tebex stores (the “Gift”). No code is required at checkout. The Gift is a promotional gift card issued free of charge. It is not purchased, holds no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash alternative or topped up with additional funds.

9. 9.

   One Gift per customer. Each customer is entitled to ONE Gift for the whole Promotional Period, however many qualifying purchases they make. We identify customers using signals that include the email address, payment method, billing details and device or network information used at checkout, and we decide eligibility acting reasonably. Any question about eligibility must be sent to us in writing at checkout-support@tebex.io.

10. 10.

    Availability. A limited number of Gifts is available. Gifts are issued in the order in which qualifying purchases complete. Once all available Gifts have been issued the promotion closes early, and we will say so on the promotion page.

11. 11.

    Delivery. We will send your Gift to the email address used at checkout within FIVE working days of the qualifying purchase. It is your responsibility to give an email address you can access and to check your spam folder. We are not responsible for a Gift sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout, and we do not replace Gifts that are lost, deleted or passed to someone else.

12. 12.

    Using the Gift. The Gift is personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold, traded or auctioned. If you spend less than the full value in a single transaction, no change or refund is given for the unused balance. Purchases you make using the Gift remain subject to the Tebex checkout terms and to the terms of the store where you redeem it.

13. 13.

    Expiry. Unused Gifts expire at 23:59:59 (UK time) on 31 January 2027, unless local law requires a longer period, in which case the longer period applies.

14. 14.

    If you do not want the Gift. Tell us in writing at checkout-support@tebex.io. In all other cases the Gift is issued automatically once you make a qualifying purchase.

15. 15.

    Refunds, returns and chargebacks. If you return or refund part of a qualifying transaction so that the qualifying spend falls below US$20, or the payment is reversed or charged back, you are no longer entitled to the Gift. If the Gift has not yet been issued, we will cancel it. If it has been issued but not redeemed, we may cancel it. If it has been redeemed, we may deduct its value from any refund due to you or recover it from you as a debt. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights, including any right to cancel a purchase or a subscription.

16. 16.

    Abuse of the promotion. We may withhold or cancel a Gift, and refuse further participation, where we reasonably believe that a customer has used more than one account, email address or payment method to obtain more than one Gift, used automated means to take part, given false information, or otherwise abused the promotion or acted fraudulently.

17. 17.

    Changes and withdrawal. We may amend these terms or withdraw the promotion at any time, including where circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary. Any change or withdrawal will not affect a Gift already earned through a qualifying purchase completed before the change takes effect.

18. 18.

    Tax. You are responsible for any tax payable on the Gift in your country of residence.

19. 19.

    Personal data. We process the personal data used to run this promotion in line with the Tebex Privacy Policy at https://checkout.tebex.io/privacy.

20. 20.

    Liability. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the promotion or out of accepting or using the Gift, and our total liability in connection with the promotion and the Gift is limited to US$4.

21. 21.

    Acceptance and General. Making a qualifying purchase and accepting the Gift means you accept these terms. These terms apply alongside the Tebex checkout terms and the terms of the store you buy from, and prevail over them in respect of this promotion, except for clause 22, which follows the Tebex checkout terms. If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

22. 22.

    Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the same law, and any dispute about this promotion is resolved in the same way, as the Tebex checkout terms that applied to your qualifying purchase. For customers outside the United States that is https://checkout.tebex.io/terms: English law, with the courts of England and Wales having non-exclusive jurisdiction. For customers in the United States that is https://checkout.tebex.io/terms-us: the law of the State of Delaware, together with the informal resolution, binding individual arbitration and class action waiver provisions in those terms, which apply to any dispute about this promotion. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
