  • Occasionally there can be a slight delay in the delivery of purchases on a server, we recommend waiting at least 30 minutes before contacting our support team.

    We also recommend checking that you are logged in to the correct account on the game server.
  • Head over to https://checkout.tebex.io/payment-history.

    In ‘payment history’ you can cancel any subscription.
  • Unfortunately, Tebex does not issue refunds for such transactions. This is because of the unique characteristics of digital transactions, where goods and services are consumed instantly and cannot be returned in the same condition as physical items.

  • If you have received an error stating your payment has been declined, please create a support ticket and add your tbx ID.

    For all other decline reasons please review the decline prompt and follow the next steps as suggested.
